Han Qi

Han Qi is a qualified Property Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Property Valuation and Services from Curtin University. She has been with Aus Vision Realty since her university days and has successfully transitioned into a full-time Property Manager, making her an invaluable asset to the agency.

Han plays a key role in supporting the leasing team to deliver seamless property management services. Her responsibilities include assisting with advertising and marketing properties, coordinating and hosting open inspections, screening and selecting tenants, preparing leases, managing routine property inspections, and overseeing key management to ensure smooth access and security for all properties.
