Jonathan manages trust account host payouts, expense payments, monthly disbursements, and system integrations, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency. Jonathan Ji is supported by our two accounts clerk Athena & Lyka
Chenfei Wu (Feifei)– Airbnb Operations
Director- Airbnb Superhost for 8 years
Feifei supervises the day-to-day operations, covering guest management, supplier coordination, cleaning quality control, maintenance, insurance claims, listing optimisation, consumables, and owner communication.
Heidi Yang – Onboarding Manager
Heidi oversees property onboarding — from Airbnb setup, House manual, Property initial condition report, photo coordination, and listing optimisation to software integration — ensuring a smooth transition into our management system.
Han Qi – Property Manager-Consumables & Inspection
Han ensures your property remains in excellent condition through regular inspections, consumable management, and item replacements or upgrades when required.
Krishia Gubaton – Lead Concierge (Guest Relations)
Krishia manages guest enquiries, screening, bookings, and coordinates cleaning and maintenance between guests and contractors. She also oversees reoccurring tasks such as bin collection reminders, watering plants, Garden driveway care and pool upkeep.
Abhishek Chauhan (Abby) – Concierge & social media
Abby handles daytime and weekend (Tuesday Off) guest support while managing social media engagement, guest communication, and promotional activities to boost listing performance.
Karmen Cheong – Concierge, Review and Complain
Register (Evening & Weekend Shift)
Karmen manages evening and weekend concierge duties in addition to handling listing optimisation, guest register management, complaint resolution, and review collection. She ensures guest satisfaction around the clock, maintains positive relationships with neighbours, and upholds compliance with the City Council’s management plan requirements.
