Every property tells a story.
For some owners, it represents a lifetime of hard work.
For others, it is an investment for retirement, a legacy for their children, or the foundation of long-term financial security.
After more than a decade working in Australian real estate – including investment, property development, sales, long-term management and short-term accommodation – I came to realise something important.
Property management is not simply about collecting rent, arranging maintenance or welcoming guests.
It is about protecting one of the most valuable assets a family will ever own.
That belief inspired me to establish Aus Vision Realty Group.
From the very beginning, I wanted our company to be different.
We are not simply an Airbnb co-hosting business.
We are a fully licensed Western Australian real estate agency.
We manage owners’ funds through a statutory Real Estate Trust Account, operate under strict compliance systems and believe transparency and integrity should never be compromised.
Today, our team manages 101 active Airbnb listings across Perth, generates more than AUD $7 million in annual booking revenue and has 32 Airbnb Guest Favorite properties.
While I am proud of these achievements, what matters most to me is the trust our clients place in us.
Every property we manage represents someone’s future.
That responsibility continues to shape every decision we make.
Through this journal, I hope to share practical insights into Australian real estate, property investment, Airbnb management, government regulations and industry trends.
